Cervical fibroids are rare neoplasms of uterine origin whose management has not been standardized. fibroids, which can be challenging in surgical management, become a difficult problem for the surgeon when neglected or asymptomatic and reach gigantic dimensions. Suspending aorta abdominalis arteria illiaca communis with vascular tapes balloting uterus help vaginal taping while searching correct cleavage may reduce risk intraoperative hemorrhage adjacent organ injury, as well guide steps operation. Management giant cervical suitable testing alternative treatment methods to surgery used neoplasms. However, will also challenging. For this reason, technique we describe clues that should considered these patients.
